Pocketpair has set July 10 for Palworld 1.0, marking the day the game leaves early access and moves into its full release. The announcement gives the long-running survival hit a firm finish line after months of talk about cleaning up the game before launch.
That date is why players are searching now: it is the first clear target for Palworld’s jump from unfinished to complete, and it comes with a visible change in how the studio plans to build the game. Pocketpair said it will reduce new content as it focuses on finalizing version 1.0, even as it tries to expand the early game, middle game and end game.
The new trailer was cinematic rather than a gameplay deep dive, but it still gave fans a few things to latch onto. It showed a new Pal that can transform into a sword, a character facing off against a giant flying mythical creature and, after the fight, a path opening to a mysterious tree that had been teased in an earlier video.
That mix of restraint and promise is the point of the update. Pocketpair had already said in September 2025 that Palworld would leave early access and enter a cleanup phase for full release, and the July 10 announcement turns that plan into a deadline. At the same time, the studio is asking players to expect less new content for now while insisting the game will be broadened across every stage of play, from the opening hours to the endgame.
What Pocketpair has not done is spell out exactly what Palworld 1.0 will contain. The roadmap is clear enough to show the direction: fewer additions in the short term, more attention on finishing touches, and a promise that the world, systems and pacing will all be stretched before launch. A separate trademark filing for Palworld Online in the United States and South Korea suggests the company is still thinking beyond one release, but a top executive has said Pocketpair is not trying to turn Palworld into a media empire. For now, the next date that matters is July 10, when the game is supposed to stop being a work in progress and start being the version Pocketpair is ready to stand behind.
