Rory Culkin and Kate Arizmendi have welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Havoc Moon, and Arizmendi announced the news on Instagram Stories the day after the birth. In a series of posts, she showed the newborn sleeping, alert and then cradled in Culkin’s arms.
Arizmendi wrote that the baby was “so alert and excited about life already” just 15 minutes after the birth, then shared another image of Culkin holding Havoc with the caption, “Best papa.” She also later updated her January pregnancy announcement to include the child’s full name and date of birth, writing, “We love her. She rules us already. Havoc Moon Alva Culkin 05/24/2026.”
The birth marks a new chapter for Culkin, 36, who is the youngest of the Culkin siblings and the brother of Macaulay Culkin and Kieran Culkin. He and Arizmendi have been dating since 2023, and she had announced her pregnancy in January with a message saying her feed had been consumed by “negativity and pain” and that she wanted to share some light by telling followers they were expecting a baby in a few months.
The family addition also comes after Culkin’s previous marriage to cinematographer Sarah Scrivener, whom he wed in New Orleans in 2018 before they split in 2022. Arizmendi’s posts did not spell out any next step beyond the birth itself, but they left little doubt that the couple is now introducing Havoc Moon to the world on their own terms, one Instagram Story at a time.
