has locked in for the coming seasons, announcing a new multi-year agreement with the 28-year-old driver and extending one of ’s most familiar partnerships. The deal keeps Leclerc in red as Ferrari heads into its home race week with one of its leading names already tied to the team long term.

Leclerc said he could not be happier to continue his journey with , calling the team much more than a place of work. He said it had been the team he loved and dreamed of joining as a child, and that after all these years it had become a second family. That kind of language matters because it comes from a driver whose bond with Ferrari began before his Formula 1 debut, when he joined the Ferrari driver academy in 2016 and started a path that carried him through a and into Formula 1 with in 2018.

He stepped up to the Scuderia for the 2019 campaign and has since become the driver most closely associated with Ferrari’s modern hopes, with famous Monza victories in 2019 and 2024 and an emotional home win in Monaco last year.
