says she reached a breaking point after Raw in Australia last October, collapsing in catering and suffering a full panic attack after a draining WWE trip in her home country.

The WWE Women’s Champion, speaking on What’s Your Story? With , said the episode came after she had gone too long without eating or drinking water. By the end of Raw, she said, her body was shutting down and she was “probably the skinniest I have ever been.”

Ripley said the Australia stretch was especially heavy because WWE ran three shows there — , and Raw — and she felt the pressure of being seen as the face of Australia in the company. At the same time, she said she was already in a dark place and could not recharge emotionally while a person with a constant negative presence was around her.

That mix, she said, pushed her into a panic attack. Ripley said she collapsed in catering once Raw ended and felt like she was “just dying.” The experience left her with a blunt realization: “I can’t do this.”

Her account also points to what changed afterward. Ripley said the biggest lesson she learned over the last year was saying no more often and cutting people out who were bringing her down. After the Australia trip, she said, she started putting herself first and told the person to stop contacting her, calling that moment her breaking point.

For Ripley, the collapse was not just a rough night on the road. It marked the point where the demands around her, and the people feeding them, stopped outweighing her own health. What she does next in the ring may matter less than the boundary she says she has already drawn outside it.
