Victoria Beckham and David Beckham have landed in Spain for a family summer holiday, and the pair were quickly spotted moving between the water and the tables of some of the island’s best-known coastal stops. Joined by Harper, Romeo and Romeo’s girlfriend Kim Turnbull, the Beckhams were seen first leaving Jondal earlier this week, then later heading to Formentera for lunch at Es Moli de Sal yesterday.
The outing put Victoria Beckham in a brown, floral-printed chiffon summer dress with brown leather Hermès Oran sandals and an oversized rope-strapped tote, while David Beckham opted for a monochromatic greige look topped with a little brimmed straw chapeau. The family’s stop on Formentera brought another wardrobe shift: Victoria Beckham wore a black maxi dress with flip-flop heels and a brimmed straw hat, David Beckham went with a classic white tee and blue swim shorts, and Romeo Beckham showed up in a white tank top and camo cargo shorts.
Jondal is one of those waterfront spots where VIP arrivals and departures happen by boat, which is part of why the Beckhams drew attention as they moved through the trip. The family is usually associated with a more buttoned-up style, but on this holiday the clothes were looser, lighter and stripped back for the season, fitting the kind of celebrity summer circuit that passes through beach clubs and seaside restaurants. For Harper Beckham, the trip also marked another public family appearance as the Beckhams moved through Spain together rather than splitting off into separate plans.
What remains unclear is how long they will stay on the island. For now, the Beckhams are still in the middle of a summer getaway that has already taken them from a boat departure at Jondal to a lunch stop in Formentera, and the next sighting is likely to be the one that shows where the family heads once the holiday resumes.
