The will play its June 7 playoff game at in Columbus, Ohio, after was ruled out because of prior commitments tied to an international soccer game. The neutral-site matchup is set for 3 p.m. ET.

The move strips Orlando of a home postseason date it had earned on the field. The Storm clinched the chance to host after beating the DC Defenders in Week 9, but the game will now be played away from its own stadium, in a venue that had to be substituted on a fixed playoff calendar.

The change lands as the UFL locked in its June 7 postseason slate, the kind of day fans and teams circle long before kickoff because it leaves no room for venue problems. Orlando’s switch to Columbus is the clearest example of how a scheduling conflict outside the league can reshape a playoff game after the bracket is already set.

That friction is what makes this one different: Orlando earned the right to host, but not the building. Inter&Co Stadium is unavailable on June 7 because of commitments connected to an international soccer game, forcing the Storm into a neutral-site setting for a match that otherwise would have belonged to them at home.

The Storm still know where and when they are playing. What they do not yet know is the opponent, with the rest of the UFL playoff field still to settle around them. The next confirmed stop is Sunday, June 7, at 3 p.m. ET in Columbus, where Orlando will try to turn an unexpected venue change into a postseason result.
