Janice Dickinson stepped out with the results of an extensive facial rejuvenation procedure, and the before-and-after images show a striking change. Three months after surgery, the 71-year-old former runway star appeared makeup-free in one set of images and then fully glammed up in another, with bright pink lipstick, dramatic eyeliner and sharply arched brows.
She revealed the transformation while attending the Carousel of Hope Ball, where she spoke with Digital and let Dr. Harrison Lee share the photos and videos from his Instagram. Lee said Dickinson was three months postop and “beyond ecstatic” with the outcome, adding that no filters or photo editing were used in the reveal.
The work was extensive. Lee said Dickinson had an endoscopic brow and mid-face lift, a deep-plane facelift, a dual-plane neck lift, a subnasal lip lift and extensive fat transfer, along with full-face CO2 laser resurfacing. The Beverly Hills facial plastic surgeon, a triple board-certified doctor who has also worked on Caitlyn Jenner and Dylan Mulvaney, framed the result as the finish line of a major repair rather than a minor touch-up.
That matters because Dickinson’s face has already been tied to a far more painful public story. She reportedly suffered a facial injury while filming I’m a Celebrity... South Africa in 2022 and later sued ITV, saying the incident left her with permanent traumatic scarring. The cosmetic improvement now on display lands against that backdrop, making the transformation look less like a vanity exercise and more like a response to an injury that she has described as lasting and severe.
What remains unanswered is how much that injury shaped the decision to go this far. Dickinson has shown the results, Lee has described the procedure, and the images have been put in public view. What has not been confirmed is whether this is the end of her medical road or simply the latest stage in dealing with damage that has followed her for years.
