Dunkin’ will hand out a free donut with any beverage purchase on Friday, June 5, 2026, bringing back its National Donut Day deal for the 16th year in a row. Jill Nelson said the brand is celebrating all week long, with the freebie, a limited tote giveaway and a new collaboration all timed around the holiday.

That timing is why customers are looking now: the one-day donut offer lands on National Donut Day, while the week starts earlier with a limited tote bag drop on June 1. The tote is only available at participating locations with the purchase of a half dozen donuts or more, and it is being offered while supplies last, so not every customer will walk away with one.

Alongside the donut giveaway, Dunkin’ and Stoney Clover Lane will launch their collection on June 5 at 10 a.m. ET on stoneycloverlane.com/collections/dunkin-x-scl and in select Stoney Clover Lane retail locations. The lineup includes a Mini Donut Patch Bag Charm for $15, Acrylic and Stainless-Steel Tumblers for $16.99 and $24.99, and Straw Toppers and Cup Sleeves for $6.99 each at participating Dunkin’ locations for a limited time beginning early June while supplies last.

The two brands will also stage a one-day takeover at the Stoney Clover Lane store in New York City at 376 Bleeker Street, where guests can shop the collection while enjoying Dunkin’ donuts and beverages. Stoney Clover Lane founders Kendall Glazer and Libby Glazer said the response to last year’s collection pushed them to return with something bigger, and that the new pieces were designed around the pride and joy Dunkin’ fans bring to the holiday.

Dunkin’, which was founded in Quincy, Massachusetts, in 1950, says it serves more than 2 billion donuts and MUNCHKINS Donut Hole Treats a year. The scale helps explain why National Donut Day remains a reliable marketing moment for the chain, but the immediate question for customers is simpler: which locations will have the tote, and how quickly will it disappear once the June 1 giveaway begins.
