The Queensland Reds host the Fijian Drua in Brisbane on Saturday night with their finals place already secured and a shot at climbing as high as fourth on the Super Rugby Pacific ladder still in reach. Kickoff is set for 7:35 pm, with Stan Sport coverage due to begin at 7:00 pm.
The Reds go in with Wallabies Aidan Ross, Hunter Paisami and Lukhan Salakaia-Loto back in the starting side, while Treyvon Pritchard starts at fullback. The Drua, meanwhile, are trying to send coach Glen Jackson out on a high after a tough loss to the Western Force, and hooker Zuriel Togiatama is set for his 50th appearance for the side.
Queensland’s lineup also includes Matt Faessler, Zane Nonggorr, Josh Canham, Seru Uru, Fraser McReight, Harry Wilson, Tate McDermott, Carter Gordon, Tim Ryan, Josh Flook and Lachie Anderson. The visitors have named Meli Tuni, Samuela Tawake, Isoa Nasilasila, Joseva Tamani, Vilive Miramira, Kitione Salawa, Elia Canakaivata, Issak Fines Leleiwasa, Kemu Valetini, Taniela Rakuro, Isikeli Rabitu, Tuidraki Samusamuvodre, Manasa Mataele and Isaiah Armstrong-Ravula, who starts at fullback.
Temo Mayanavanua was ruled out late for the Drua and replaced by Joseva Tamani in the starting side, with Mesake Vocevoce moving onto the bench. Samusamuvodre is the new Drua skipper, adding another layer to a side already dealing with the end-of-season pressure that comes with a trip to Brisbane. The match is part of the 2026 Super Rugby Pacific season, and the Reds have already done enough to book a finals berth after last week's thriller against Moana Pasifika.
The weather may also shape how it plays out. Constant rain affected the week, but the forecast was said to look clear for the Reds game, a break that could suit Queensland's outside backs if they find space early. For the Drua, it is one last chance to salvage something from a difficult campaign. For the Reds, it is a chance to keep pushing the ladder and carry momentum deeper into the finals.
