The alert put the focus on Joshua Moen, 26, who is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, has brown hair and hazel eyes, and has several tattoos, including “Northwest” and a tree on his left arm, “rock” on his right knuckles, and “roll” on his left knuckles.

The alert came out in the middle of the afternoon, when authorities were still trying to account for where Kyson had gone after the supervised visit in Shelton.
