Angelina Pivarnick said she is pregnant on the Thursday, May 14, episode of "Jersey Shore Family Vacation," telling viewers she had taken six positive home pregnancy tests and could hardly believe the result. "I did not think I was able to get pregnant but wow, I'm (blanking) pregnant," she said, adding that the news could be "a great thing" and "my fairy tale, my path, my baby."
The reveal came after Pivarnick, who divorced Chris Larangeira in 2022 after marrying him in 2019, spent the season talking openly about trying to conceive. On the Thursday, May 7 season debut, she said she was sleeping with multiple men and had a vial of sperm in her refrigerator in an effort to get pregnant. "If it happened that would be great — I would definitely welcome a pregnancy in my life right now," she said then.
On the show, Pivarnick called the father-to-be, identified as "John Doe-Nor," and told him the news directly. "So I have some news for you," she said before adding, "I am officially, definitely pregnant — we're having a baby!" The episode is set in early spring of 2025, and Pivarnick was also shown moving from her home in Freehold Township to a new house in Holmdel.
The timing matters because the pregnancy appears to be unfolding in the middle of a major reset in her life. Pivarnick's search for domestic tranquility has been a main storyline for more than five years on "Jersey Shore Family Vacation," and her relationship with Vinnie "2.0" Tortorella seemed to putter out last season. She has not revealed a pregnancy or a child on her socials, even as the show presents the news as real and immediate.
There is also a darker backdrop to the move. Police were called twice for domestic disputes at Pivarnick's home in Freehold Township, giving the transition to Holmdel extra weight as she told cameras, "Moving into a new house with a fresh start and a new baby." Fellow cast member Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola responded with sympathy, saying she knows how stressful it is to get pregnant and how much pressure can come with finally getting there. Pivarnick closed the moment with a line that fit the mood of the episode: "Looks like happiness."
For now, the answer to whether Angelina from Jersey Shore is still pregnant is yes, at least as of the May 14 episode, and the show is treating the pregnancy as the next chapter in a long-running search for stability that has rarely stayed simple for long. What remains unanswered is how much of that new start will play out on camera, and how much Pivarnick will keep to herself once the cameras stop rolling.
